Top ten baby foods (6-12 months)



6 to 12 months of babies development are crucial. During this age babies are developing teeth, started weaning and try to chew food. Here are some easy baby foods which you can make easily and they are also nutritious. 

1. Banana  and date :

blend both fruits together, make sure to remove dates skin bofore blending, make puree and ready to serve.

2. Porridge and green gram dal:

soak both for one hour then in a vessel, take one cup water, half tomato, half tea spoon ginger garlic paste, and add soaked porridge and green gram dal and a pinch of salt, cook on low flame for 20-30 min then blend it well. You can also add blended chicken piece in it.  

3 Potato kheer:

 boil a potato on low flame and covered vessel for softening of potato then run under tap water, mash and blend potato, then add milk and again cook on low flame for few minute until it thickened. Cool down and then give it to baby. 

4. Carrot puree:

corrots are good for eyes. Boil a carrot in steamer, blend to make a puree and ready to serve to your child

5. Oats and Raisins:

soften raisins in boling water then blend it well, you can use dried deseeded apricot, boil oats according to your requirement then add raisin/apricot puree and its ready to  serve

6. Samolina:

boil one tablespoon of samolina in one cup of milk,  then add powdered dry friuts cook on low flame add half teaspoon of honey and its ready to serve

7. Rice kheer:

grind 1/4 cup rice boil it well until thickened in 2 cups of milk add one teaspoon of sugar, add powdered dry friuts and its ready to serve

8. Sago:

grind sago cook it in milk add honey when sago grains become transparent then serve after cooling.  

9. Oats and chicken:

boil a chicken piece, add oats in chicken stalk. add a pinch of salt https://amzn.to/3n74GFk. blend it well and its ready to serve

10. Friuts Shake:

banana, sapota or chikoo, mango, dates, strawberry, nutella and cookies and cherry milkshakes are easily made and liked by children.
