The appearance and volume of hair that you have
is a reflection of your internal health. You can use natural hair loss remedies
to save your hair. If you are shedding more than 125 hairs per day, you’re
likely experiencing hair loss and need to see a dermatologist
Of course, when you're youthful you have
plenitude of hair. But, there are indeed some of you at an early age, twenties,
start to lose your hair. Your hair's appearance and quantity are
indicators of your overall health.
Hair goes through three
distinct cycles
The anagen phase (growing phase) can last
anywhere between two and eight years. This stage generally refers to
approximately 85% to 90% of your hair on your head.
The catagen phase (transition phase) lasts about
two to three weeks and is characterised by shrinking hair follicles.
The telogen (resting) phase lasts two to four
months. The hair falls out at the end of this phase.
Aside from a serious illness, scalp cleanliness,
stress, diet, and excess DHT all contribute to hair loss. Knowing this, you can
investigate the various hair loss treatments available to you.
Scalp hygiene
If you have dandruff, you must remove it.
Dandruff, when combined with dirt, shampoo chemicals, and excess sebum follicle
oil, can cause hair loss. This combination of chemicals can form a film on your
scalp that hardens and begins to clog your hair follicles over time. When your
follicles become clogged, they are unable to support hair growth.
Excessive stress
a dry scalp, or chemical irritations can
all contribute to dandruff. Look to see if you have too much stress in your
life and figure out how to reduce it. Chemical irritations can result from the
shampoos you use.
Look for natural ingredients in shampoos and
conditioners. Start avoiding hair products that contain a lot of petrochemicals
and dyes. Propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben,
propylparaben, butylparaben, and FD&C colorings are examples of
petrochemicals found on ingredient labels.
Hair Loss After
Childbirth
Postpartum hair loss is a common condition that
can last up to six months after childbirth. It's a normal part of pregnancy and
only lasts a few weeks. For the most part, your hair will regrow to its
original fullness.
Diet
What you eat feeds your body. The type of
body you have is based on what youeat. However, you hair won't receive enough
nutrients to grow and be healthy, If you don't give enough nutrients to your
body. Your hair is last in line for the nutrient you supply your body. One way
to ameliorate your diet is eat fresh fruits in the morning and fresh vegetable
for lunch and dinner. You can consider eating natural food hair loss
medications.
DHT( di- hydro-
testosterone)
When extreme quantities of testosterone are
converted to DHT by the enzyme 5 alpha reductase, this DHT accumulates at the
hair root where it blocks blood circulation to that hair follicle. This drop in
blood to the hair root weakens it and it loses its health.
DHT also accumulates in the follicle and
starts to plug it, therefore further inactivating this hair follicle. The
result is your hair start to thin out.
For women, DHT conformation isn't a major
exertion until menopause. Before menopause, estrogen blocks the conformation of
DHT. When estrogen decreases after menopause, DHT starts to form causing hair
loss in women.
There are now soaps that help to clean off
accumulated DHT from the crown and from within the hair follicles. Use them to
stop hair loss and to recover some of the hair follicles that are still
alive.
There are also some capsules that block the
conformation of DHT in the blood, but I do not recommend them since it isn't
known what the longer term goods are of this blocking.
Genetics
Genetic hair loss is the
significant problem affecting men between the age of 50, up to 50% will be
affected
Low Iron supply
Depletion in iron stores,
compromised by a suboptimal intake of the essential amino acid l-lysine are the main cause of
hair loss. Correction of these imbalances stops the uncontrolled hair loss and
returns the hair back to its former glory.
