Causes of hair loss in men and women

The appearance and volume of hair that you have is a reflection of your internal health. You can use natural hair loss remedies to save your hair. If you are shedding more than 125 hairs per day, you’re likely experiencing hair loss and need to see a dermatologist

Of course, when you're youthful you have plenitude of hair. But, there are indeed some of you at an early age, twenties, start to lose your hair.  Your hair's appearance and quantity are indicators of your overall health.

Hair goes through three distinct cycles

The anagen phase (growing phase) can last anywhere between two and eight years. This stage generally refers to approximately 85% to 90% of your hair on your head.

The catagen phase (transition phase) lasts about two to three weeks and is characterised by shrinking hair follicles.

The telogen (resting) phase lasts two to four months. The hair falls out at the end of this phase.

Aside from a serious illness, scalp cleanliness, stress, diet, and excess DHT all contribute to hair loss. Knowing this, you can investigate the various hair loss treatments available to you.

Scalp hygiene

If you have dandruff, you must remove it. Dandruff, when combined with dirt, shampoo chemicals, and excess sebum follicle oil, can cause hair loss. This combination of chemicals can form a film on your scalp that hardens and begins to clog your hair follicles over time. When your follicles become clogged, they are unable to support hair growth.

Excessive stress

a dry scalp, or chemical irritations can all contribute to dandruff. Look to see if you have too much stress in your life and figure out how to reduce it. Chemical irritations can result from the shampoos you use.

Look for natural ingredients in shampoos and conditioners. Start avoiding hair products that contain a lot of petrochemicals and dyes. Propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, and FD&C colorings are examples of petrochemicals found on ingredient labels.

Hair Loss After Childbirth

Postpartum hair loss is a common condition that can last up to six months after childbirth. It's a normal part of pregnancy and only lasts a few weeks. For the most part, your hair will regrow to its original fullness.

Diet

What you eat feeds your body. The type of body you have is based on what youeat. However, you hair won't receive enough nutrients to grow and be healthy, If you don't give enough nutrients to your body. Your hair is last in line for the nutrient you supply your body. One way to ameliorate your diet is eat fresh fruits in the morning and fresh vegetable for lunch and dinner. You can consider eating natural food hair loss medications.

 DHT( di- hydro- testosterone)

When extreme quantities of testosterone are converted to DHT by the enzyme 5 alpha reductase, this DHT accumulates at the hair root where it blocks blood circulation to that hair follicle. This drop in blood to the hair root weakens it and it loses its health.

DHT also accumulates in the follicle and starts to plug it, therefore further inactivating this hair follicle. The result is your hair start to thin out.

For women, DHT conformation isn't a major exertion until menopause. Before menopause, estrogen blocks the conformation of DHT. When estrogen decreases after menopause, DHT starts to form causing hair loss in women.

There are now soaps that help to clean off accumulated DHT from the crown and from within the hair follicles. Use them to stop hair loss and to recover some of the hair follicles that are still alive.

There are also some capsules that block the conformation of DHT in the blood, but I do not recommend them since it isn't known what the longer term goods are of this blocking.

Genetics

Genetic hair loss is the significant problem affecting men between the age of 50, up to 50% will be affected

Low Iron supply

Depletion in iron stores, compromised by a suboptimal intake of the essential amino acid l-lysine are the main cause of hair loss. Correction of these imbalances stops the uncontrolled hair loss and returns the hair back to its former glory.

Common myths about Hair Loss

There are numerous myths about hair loss. The following statements are false:

You're losing hair because you shampoo it too frequently, or because you've coloured or permed it.

In women, dandruff causes permanent hair loss.

In women, stress causes permanent hair loss.

Shaving your head causes your hair to grow back twice as thick.

Standing on your head stimulates hair growth by increasing circulation.

Brushing your hair 100 strokes per day will make it healthier.

Women's hair loss is caused by hats and wigs.

Only intellectual women suffer from hair loss.

Chromotherapy and its effects on human

Chromotherapy, which means "colour therapy"  is concerned with the study of colours. According to the science of chromotherapy, which examines colours and their energy effects as a therapeutic tool, each hue has the power to affect our mood in a distinctive way in addition to affecting our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The method, which has been approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) since 1976, aims to improve patients' conditions without the use of medications.

In China (2700 BC), with traditional Chinese medicine, it was thought that each person had their own system of colours (or colour), and that via it, much of their lives and events were defined. According to chromotherapy, a science that studies colours and that Also steeped in mysticism, the Greeks were the first to embrace chromotherapy in Greece (500 BC). Through heliotherapy, a form of sun-ray therapy, they adored the Sun god Helios, who was revered as "the eye of the world," or the one who sees everything.

Chromotherapists, who specialise in colour therapy, research the makeup of colours and how they affect people. Its foundation is the idea that light's colour gradations and impacts on emotion and physical status are possible.

Scientifically speaking, it must be mentioned that this procedure does not enjoy the favour of scientists.

In actuality, there haven't been any studies carried out to date using the high standards required to be recognised as a medical practise.

Consequently, it is categorised as one of the complementary and alternative medicines with one extremely advantageous feature: it has neither adverse effects nor contraindications.

Lets have a brief description on colours and its effects on human mood.

RED: Red is a colour associated with vigour and hunger. Because it stimulates the nerve system strongly and must be handled carefully, it creates extreme stimulation. It's also connected to passion and love.

The hue is used to denote areas where food is prepared, such as the dining room and kitchen, and it has the ability to give the space a cosy sense. Red can be utilised to arouse feelings of love in a couple's bedroom when administered properly. In contrast, when taken in excess, it results in agitation and anxiety, which can cause insomnia.

ORANGE: Orange is a symbol of rebirth, intelligence, and bravery. It encourages communication and creativity by assisting in the metabolism and digestive system's activation. Therefore, it is advised in settings where you wish to develop conversations, including visiting rooms and workplaces.

Orange, which is frequently used in kitchens and dining rooms, can help boost appetites. Avoid using orange in bedrooms and rest spaces since it can lead to heated debates when used excessively.

YELLOW: Similar to orange, yellow is an extremely energising colour that affects the mind and hunger. It stimulates energy and the ability to express oneself and is connected to personal strength and fulfilment.

Its use in dark areas is strongly advised because it is derived from light. Yellow welcomes you in living and leisure places. Dark tones need caution because they can be overused and produce distractions, difficulty focusing, and friction. Light tones are more versatile and neutral.

GREEN: In reference to nature and organic materials like plants, flowers, and wood, the colour green represents life and growth. It symbolises fulfilment and hope, fostering health and well-being. It has a relaxing impact on individuals because it doesn't reflect a lot of light.

BLUE: Blue induces a calming sense by lowering the heart and respiration rates. It is a colour that promotes introspection and meditation. Its use is recommended in areas like bedrooms and study spaces where you want to portray peace and privacy. It can make you drowsy and depressed if used excessively.

VIOLET: Violet symbolises tranquillity and mental peace. Color enhances self-esteem and helps with attention. It promotes romance in pink tones and spirituality in deeper blue tones.

Violet is advised in health spaces and beds because of its energy-purifying properties. To prevent anxiety and depressive symptoms, use it sparingly.

It's necessary to emphasize that colour therapy is not an effective cure for any mental or physical health issues. It's essential to discuss any medical issues with your doctor if you think you may be suffering from a disorder like depression.
